A Reader's Opinion: A HOLIDAY MIRACLE IN APPLE BLOSSOM by June McCrary Jacobs

A Holiday Miracle in Apple Blossom
When her student, six-year-old Mary Noel, survives a car accident over Thanksgiving break, Amber and her new friend, Paul, are determined to cheer her up during the holidays. But Mary Noel’s most painful injury is the loss of her dog. The more withdrawn Mary Noel becomes, the more Amber and Paul need a miracle—a miracle that requires the entire community’s help.

"I wanted to portray a wholesome relationship between a man and woman with similar values where their friendship and common goals were the basis for developing a love relationship,” said McCrary Jacobs. “The community of Apple Blossom pulls together to help a family in need and is very successful in their efforts.”

“A Holiday Miracle in Apple Blossom” is available in bookstores and on Amazon.com, BooksAndThings.com, and BarnesAndNoble.com.

A Reader's Opinion
This is a sweet holiday novella about love and the miracles that can happen; a nice uplifting read and very clean. The cover is especially lovely for the season and fits nicely with the story--quite magical. The story really is as the author describes . . . "wholesome relationship and community pulling together to help a family in need" . . . the author definitely delivers this. Though not flawed enough for my tastes, the characters are kind-hearted who want to believe in the best of life, and who don't give up. If you're in the mood for a feel-good story for the holidays, this might be a nice book to pick up.

Note: There are religious/Christian undertones throughout the story.
